Are you sure about installing anything, when you need to ask that?

i doubt you have an arm64 device, so it will be either x86 or x64 you need.

I clean installed the education iso from UUP dump, I found it amusing during the install that sysprep ran for a bit installing updates, etc to bring the build inline currently, reminded me of some oem installs

Working method to move from 10022 to 418 on cleaned system for me. Tried on two machines (x32 home and x64 pro versions). First did install upgrade from 18343.418 iso, got 18363.10022 after that. And then used abbody's tool to remove 10022 and install 418.
On x32 machine was one problem with hidden options to upgrade leaving apps and files, deleted reg key suggested earlier here, all worked

The whole purpose of WIS2RP is not needing an upgrade.

From 18362.10022 you can simply upgrade to 18363.32x+ on cleaned systems too , as long as you did not install the RP ring 1909 EP on 18362.10022.
    Or:
Not Cleaned UP: run WIS2RP and it's done i a few minutes.
    Cleaned UP:
Or run the rtm fix and unpermanize the 10022 cu and run WIS2RP as explained here:
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...pc-19h1-2-release.79259/page-304#post-1553808

    Upgrading from 18362.10022 using a 18363.32x+ ISO won't result in 18363.10022 but in 18363.32x+.
