    And today I am talking about the new version of October 16:
    en_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1909_x64_dvd_be09950e
    It remains the same version 18362

    There is no new version, it's exactly as we are telling for over a month, the "new" 1909 iso = 18362/1903 + 1909 EP + 18362/1903 updates.
