It's new branch/channel. 1909/19H2. Is new branch not need to have new clean install like refresh builds ? All the updates are more than 20KB of changing 18362 to 18363. There are also some new features came from 20H1.
For the 1000000th time, there is no file designated 18363, all updates are 18362, after 18362.32x, when the 20kb 1909 EP is installed, it enables the 1909 features and bumps the build up to the fake 18363 registry only build. Final = Open for public. You don't download 18361 or 18358 (for example), But 18362 (Some people even don't know 18361 or 18358 or under).
I don't install 18362.446/8 because I don't have info about them. If WU will decide to install them, it's another story.

It's not a problem, it's a feature. MS abandoned the load the start menu with crap approach in favor of allowing the user to set their start menu up as they please.

Nothing at all and illustrates exactly how MS no longer stuffs the start menu with live tiles and candy solitaire soda crush these days. And I could've sworn the user that had the issues posted a screenshot that looked pretty much the same. Apparently I missed something.
Me thinks it's because officially msft still claims insider status for 18363.32x+ RP ring. But all the updates offered publicly on 18362.xxx are also offered on 18363. Iirc, this was with 17763.1 or 18362.30 too, when the first MVS iso's were released to OEMs, near empty start menus.
on ad-guard there are two 1903 isos. whats the diff between these two? one is the normal file name and the other has V2 on it. whats all about?
