Is there a newer version of the kb4517245 (1909 Enablement Package .387 - 10.0.1.5) because after i had installed manually the latest SSU and CU i got an offer to install Feature Update 1909 blah blah (even though it was already active by installing days ago the EP) along with the latest mrt tool (malicious recovery tool 890830) which seems to install again and again on every WU check.

Yes, you were, because you didn't even read carefully what I stated and I'm stating now and then you put the blame on me. Like if it was my fault since I was doing everything right and I couldn't create the ISO but after doing a clean install (without even "chopping" the OS like you say before and afterwards) and doing the exact same thing Windows stopped freezing after running that UUP thing or converting the ESD to ISO.
