@antonio8909, try downloading .NET Framework CAB. Then rename it to: Code: Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OnDemand-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab After that try installing it using Code: dism /online /add-package /packagepath:Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OnDemand-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab I don't think that this will work, but it does not hurt to try.
Weird thing is, antonio's feature list is missing (his list is very short): Code: Feature Name : NetFx3 State : Disabled with Payload Removed Maybe installing the cab like a normal update cab, instead of enabling it, will work.
Sorry for misunderstanding, I meant, that many important settings are still in the old CP, like network adapter or system info and this new settings window just links to them, so it is more like a shortcut gallery. SystemSettings.exe is Modern UI App, just like Start, so it is very sensitive and touchy, it was crashing since 1507 without tweaking, unlike old CP, which is a simple process, it never failed as long as I can remember, probably since Windows 95.
From what i read 19H2 i've read something about it which gave me the idea that it won't be new builds but small feature addings, but they are very shady about it all
@Enthousiast sleek header and auto-expand start menu are showing again, after restart with light theme(white). Strange again ??? P.S. after restart with default theme(dark) still. Is it the same by you???
I too have often remarked how easily the new Start Menu succumbs to glitches and stops working. The non-working Start Menu/Taskbar was a whole new phenomenon in Windows 10 that still hasn't been fixed.
