November ISO's for 1909 not yet released. So I just want to ask, since 1903 and 1909 sharing same code base can 1903 SVF's applied to 1909 ISO's?

@GezoeSloog has his 1903 October refresh (18362.418) svf patches based on the October 1909 ISOs (18363.418).

But you can't use the november 1903 refresh svf patches (18362.476) to create november 1909 refresh iso's (IF they are released, expected to be 18363.476).

    MCT downloads 18363.418, not 18363.476.

So, the empty folder I created on the Documents one keep was again automatically deleted and not only that but the desktop's icons are broken again and I have the WU 0x800f0982 error again. I copied and pasted a folder from the desktop to the Windows Sandbox and nothing happened but after copying it from a different directory it worked. Anyway, it still takes a lot of time copying folders with some GBs there (when I can do it). This is really annoying...

We found it a long time ago, it was reported solved with the 18363.446 (RP CU), but last night i did test the 18363.418 ISO, some call it the first 1909 ISO but if the bug exists in the ISO, the next 18363.476+ refresh ISO can be considered the first 1909 ISO :)

for me, if 1909 upgraded from 1903, 1909 iso can inplace upgrade.
if 1909 is à fresh install (from 1909 iso) then 1909 iso itself cannot be inplace upgraded.
so for the moment i don't see the need of a 1909 iso.

It depends on the delta buildnr, the xxx after 18363, to be able to do an inplace upgrade (needs to be 18363.446+), or use this fix by @whatever127

Upgrading from 1903 > 1909 by ISO is a bit useless, when a 20kb is installed, you go from 1903 > 1909 in a minute:)
