So current skip ahead on 20H1 will downgraded to 19H2. Doesn't sound like that's possible.

No, skip and fast current are going to be merged. So fast will offer the 20H1 releases.

I tried it and it says that the process was made correctly but in Turn on or off features in Windows I can't see it. Is it normal?

    Thanks

Can you run the /get-features command again and look for:
    Code:
    Feature Name : NetFx3
    State : Enabled/disabled
    and the same for /get-packages?

Else pre-enable dotnetfx3 on the iso and do an inplace upgrade.

I re-downloaded the ISO via UPP downloader, stuck it on a USB stick and have just finished doing a full format, everything is working as it should now, the previous install was completely borked, NET framework not installing, updates not installing, im guessing I had a bad previous download and it just played up from the moment I installed it, NEt framework went on through add/remove features without a problem and updated straight away to 18362.30 without a problem, all drivers etc are working properly now too.

Thanks for the process screenshot. Looks good. I'll wait for the official release date iso and do a clean install.

I have downloaded several UUP sets, and all have these feature listings by default:
    Code:
    Feature Name : Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OC-Package
    State : Enabled

    Feature Name : Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-WCF-OC-Package
    State : Enabled

    Feature Name : NetFx3
State : Disabled with Payload Removed

Yours is missing the NetFx3 feature and the other 2 are on disabled, instead of the default enabled state.

I even downloaded an es-ES x86 18362.1 UUP Set and it has the correct default features and states:
    Code:
    Feature Name : Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-WCF-OC-Package
    State : Enabled

    Feature Name : Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OC-Package
    State : Enabled

    Feature Name : NetFx3
State : Disabled with Payload Removed

Leaves me "one" more question, from what build did you upgrade and by what method?

Please re-download the UUP set and convert it to ISO (use MDL tools), afterwards mount the install.wim and check for the state of the 3 dotnetfx3 features.

Please check for the presence of NetFx3 in particular (and the state of the other 2 dotnetfx3 related features), on a correctly converted ISO it should be present

    Code:
    Feature Name : NetFx3
State : Disabled with Payload Removed

As I said, the ISO was made correctly and everything was working perfectly but it started failing when I'd applied the cumulative update. I guess I should wait for the next one or make a clean install

I have run thru all scenarios (18362.1 and 18362.30 builds) and in all of them NetFx3 is present, your feature list is lacking it, so something has to be wrong locally.

I can't reproduce what you are experiencing.

As a last test, i have installed a clean untouched 17763.316 Pro x64 (updated to 17763.404 by WU and dotnetfx3 enabled) and creating an uptodate 18362.30 x64 iso, and using it for a test upgrade.

In 18362.1 everything is at the Turning On or Off Windows Features but Net Framework is the only one missing... I guess that there are files corrupted or something and I need a Clean Install
