Hi Everyone Newbie to upgrading to LTSC. I'm getting a little information overload and apologies if this has been asked many times before. What files do I need and where do I obtain them to create an install ISO. I'm after an EN-GB version together with activation I have an old version of the following tool, svf.iso.converter.aio.cmd will this obtain the latest build? Many thanks in advance

It wont open - it trying to open but nothing happens. But it is solved by itslef somehow. I restarted computer several times in order to make it work, but with failure. And after some time it start owrking again. There is another problem - it is failure to install update through WU. It is (KB4528760). After several times of attempts, it always show a failure. I downloaded windows mini tool, but same situation. It downloads it, but failure to install it.

I installed b1909 19H2 yesterday on the GF laptop using the MS Update assistant. It was a upgrade install but the ISO is offered too by using the media creation tool.
as per wzornet they upgraded 1909 media creation tool for new january iso/esd updated builds to .592 so that was probably the issue with servers on microsofts end being updated to remove old 1909 iso's
UUP system has nothing to do with full ESD upgrade system (which only exist in 1607 and 1703) and 1909 is not back yet
