I've installed 6 19041.84 sku's from my AiO to test and not one got any integrated update re-offered. Can you show the cmd window progress and settings?

That doesn't look like the ISO filename W10UI will use. Are you sure you installed the correct ISO? Because the ISO, made by the script, is Win10_18363.657_x64_2020-02-12.iso (from your post).

@Trenchboygun I only get the TPM security update re-offered on both of my tests. @abbodi1406 seems that KB4524244 didn't take with integrating it offline.
^ yeah, not 1 : 1, really strange. I wonder what happens if you use the 10 and then the 12 VS. just the 12?
Manually, you can first extract and copy the content to the ISO:\Sources folder and next the new one.
I know that, I was talking about function since there are no instructions for a case like this. What I am asking is since 12 changes less files, what happens when 10 changes 19 files and then 12 only changes 17 leaving a hybrid of both 10 and 12?
I saw the differences in files but this doesn't mean that the updates must have the exact same files every time. Maybe the ones replaced or removed are not needed anymore.
It would be trivial to re-replace those 2 files then to ensure that both cases result in the same outcome. Is there actual documentation stating that DUs are only to be applied to base image and cannot/should not be stacked?
Don't really use these updates but my guess is that the functionality of the removed files was added to the other files included or not needed at all anymore. The replacement means that only the last one (update) is needed. Won't hurt if you add or overwrite files with each update but you will end up with unnecessary files in the end.
The DU for sources is not really needed, only for upgrade scenarios, checking the "download drivers and updates" option at setup should download them too. I've sent the question to @abbodi1406
