OMG I'm got lost with all of these links and build numbers in the first post. Which one i have to download to have the most recent/latest normal version of Windows 10? Please help me or redirect me to some tutorial or ELI5 post. If anyone could explain what means these fast/slow/targeted branches means it would be sick too. From what I found the latest official version for this day is 18363.693, right? if yes, which exact iso i need to download?

18362.693 / 18363.693 are the latest till date but as its patch tuesday (second tuesday of every month) today new updates will be released tonight after 12hrs. Thanks & Regards.
kb4497165 got pushed to the top of the stack again with today's date (same hash as the last). Do they do this to make sure people grab it with today's updates?

I understand what you mean. OTOH, If it doesn't apply to DISM integration, what does that KB note apply to? That note doesn't make sense.
In the majority of the new SSUs the newer ones have replaced the previous but only when it comes to WSUS says that the previous SSU is needed to be installed. Don't know about WSUS and Dism but on a freshly formatted system I suspect that only the latest (new) SSU is needed.
You are probably correct, but I don't recall Prerequisites in previous SSU KBs, which makes this a mystery E.g. KB4538674 - Prerequisites There are no prerequisites to apply this update.
OK, so I am not the only one that saw this (SSU requiring SSU). I want to see what happens when I try.
