I don't include the microcode updates, they are system specific.

Will update the Updates Overview asap:)

Isn't that a part of the network problem they fixed?

the SMBv3 security flaw was un-patched with KB4540673 so MS had to release a newer CU to actually fix the SMBv3 security problem

That's exactly what i said, it's the actual fix in the new LCU.

    Hi guys
I use uup dump to stay up to date with my windows 1909 iso (18363.720)
But I realize that I do not have all the updates when I compare with WHDownloader 0.0.2.3
I always miss some updates like flash & dot.net 4.8 upd
What is the best solution to have the most up to date ISO?

    Thx in advance

You can select your preferred keyboard layout in the Region and Language settings. If you don't need ESP Uruguay, you can possibly remove it entirely.

Is there any way that the entire updates gets installed automatically without any user intervention or without any disturbance

    - automatically, yes
    - without any disturbance, hell no
The "all your base are belong to us" fully automatic updates scenario invariably leads to "abandon all hope" world of hurt.
Unless you don't count as a disturbance windows automatically restarting your pc to work on updates whenever it sees fit - and with most updates being tagged with restart required, it will do so very often!
If all you do is www and working with office documents, then windows will try to re-open the applications as if the restart has not happened (keyword being try; unless login bug with a black screen and even losing whole documents folder).
But what if you're playing an online game, streaming, downloading, working remotely, do batch processing etc.and leave your PC for a few moments?
Does your watch, phone, tv, car, coffee machine automatically restarts to do "maintenance" while you're using them?
Just train your or others mind to consider clicking a few update popups monthly as your seat-belt on while "driving" the PC online.
    Thank you.

Problems here too with .720 update. SSU installs fine but CU gives failed code 0x800f0988.
Sfc, check/scan health reports no problems. System components cleanup, software distribution and catroot2 purge doesn't help either.
Looks like clean install is only solution left.
