Is anyone having the 0x800f0983 error code when installing KB4541335? I can't change Edge Chromium's settings. A message appears above stating: "Administrator Mode detected Close Microsoft Edge and relaunch in non-administrator mode for best performance". I guess this message appears because of a policy on gpedit.msc but where can I find it to delete it to make this message go away and be able to change the program's settings? Maybe I set this policy with NTLite and/or Winaero Tweaker by mistake. Also, once in a while (one day or not even that) when opening Chrome, an error message regarding regsvr32.exe appears.
These are the newest ISOs for Windows 10 1903 and 1909: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-svf-repository.63324/page-198#post-1586649 With the checksums you can check if the file is not broken or illegally modified.
I restored yesterday an image I had taken of 1903 .175 CU. Have updated manually and WU now is not showing anything else but Defender definitions. Then I remembered that I was never offered the option to install 1909! Two days now WU finds only definition updates. Has it been paused? Also remembered that in the March Updated ISOs someone said that the Enhancement Pack was missing. Could this be also related?
Anyone faced an issue where taking screenshot via action center > Screen snip (window snip option) paralyzes the system and task manager won't open via ctrl + shift + del alt+ctrl+del, and only option to solve it, is sign off or restart? It doesn't happen always but in my tests, it happens quite often. I turn off background apps run, and I don't remove the apps. It never happens when I do the same thing with the snip & sketch app directly.
Yeah typo error: it's alt+ctrl+del or ctrl+shift+esc Anywho, the issue I mentioned is that the system is not functional after those steps and task manager can't be opened.
I don't have problem with Task manager after using Screen snip. (I don't use en-us version. So maybe it's local problem).
