With the checksums you can check if the file is not broken or illegally modified.

I restored yesterday an image I had taken of 1903 .175 CU. Have updated manually and WU now is not showing anything else but Defender definitions. Then I remembered that I was never offered the option to install 1909! Two days now WU finds only definition updates. Has it been paused?
Also remembered that in the March Updated ISOs someone said that the Enhancement Pack was missing. Could this be also related?

Anyone faced an issue where taking screenshot via action center > Screen snip (window snip option) paralyzes the system and task manager won't open via ctrl + shift + del alt+ctrl+del, and only option to solve it, is sign off or restart?

It doesn't happen always but in my tests, it happens quite often. I turn off background apps run, and I don't remove the apps.

It never happens when I do the same thing with the snip & sketch app directly.

Of course it's not working for you. It's working with Win+Shift+S.

Task Manager = control+shift+esc (not del)

    Yeah typo error: it's alt+ctrl+del or ctrl+shift+esc
Anywho, the issue I mentioned is that the system is not functional after those steps and task manager can't be opened.

I don't have problem with Task manager after using Screen snip.
(I don't use en-us version. So maybe it's local problem).

Task Manager RT. click Start click on Task Manager
Don't need to push all those Keys at same time.

  11. The shortcut is very useful when explorer crashed.
