Windows 10 1903 FINAL Build 18362.1/30/175/239/295/356/418/535/592 which version is better? As these versions go up, idle ram and processor usage increase.
Imaginary, the higher build is because of fixes by CU integration, does not matter what delta build you install, WU will update it to 18363.836 anyway.
it makes all the difference, as I have completely closed all the updates. For example, if the ones after xxx.535 are not necessary, there is no need to pass. or what version.

Is it possible to skip feature updates, but still get security updates? I actually never did this and always installed the newest version, but 20H1 just feels weird - My guess is because of AMD drivers (Chipset and GPU). So I would clean install 1909, skip 20H1 for ~30 days and hope for driver updates, then do an inplace update to 20H1, but I want to make sure I get security updates. Thanks!
Iirc correctly, this regkey by @whatever127 will enable you to pause feature-updates for the amount of days you set it to (go to settings and change to the value you want after running the regkey): Code: reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings /t REG_DWORD /v FlightSettingsMaxPauseDays /d 365 /f & start ms-settings:windowsupdate-options This is set to 365 days but you can put in any amount you want. Normal monthly updates should still be offered on WU. Create a registry or full system backup before trying is always advised Edit: NVM< this blocks all updates
@kewkie maybe better to try this: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...ltsc2019-techbench.77028/page-78#post-1518817 Confirmed it's working: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...ltsc2019-techbench.77028/page-78#post-1518839
And I can confirm the unreliable part - at least with 1803 and then 1809, couple times Windows bypassed it and still run the upgrade. That's why I've used a more realistic approach and ifeo-hard-blocked upgrade processes in my windows-update-toggle thingy: Code: echo. cmd /c "for %i in (SetupHost setupprep WindowsUpdateBox Windows10Upgrade Windows10UpgraderApp) do reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\%i.exe" /f /v Debugger /d "%SystemRoot%\system32\systray.exe"" echo.
Perhaps because he is incapable of going back a page or two in a thread to verify the existence of said ISO files. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
