The title of the thread "[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Final Build 19041/2.1/208/264/329/388/450 (PC) [20H1/2 vb_release]" is confusing. Its naming is inconsistent with other titles dealing with other editions/versions of Microsoft Windows. To recall: [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 1903/9 'FINAL' Build 18362/3.xxx (PC) [19H1/2 Release] [INFO - DISCUSSION + Downloads] Windows 10 1809 FINAL b 17763.xxx (PC) [RS5] Hence I propose that the web admin change the title to [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 2004 Final Build 19041/2.1/208/264/329/388/450 (PC) [20H1/2 vb_release]
That is a different subject. By the way, since you mentioned it, the title [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Final Build 19041/2.1/208/264/329/388/450 (PC) [20H1/2 vb_release] should be amended to [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 2004 Final Build 19041.1/208/264/329/388/450 (PC) [20H1 vb_release] by adding 2004 before the word Final and dropping /2 that is after 19041 and 20H1. I was confused too because I thought 19042 is final.
There will always be newbe's who will be confused (mostly because of not reading) with 4.000.000 views in total. Thread titles are how they are because of the circumstances of the time of creation.
But we can make the forums and sub-forums more user-friendly, right? Besides, I advocate consistency in naming threads. Only the following thread does not follow the other two's naming convention: [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Final Build 19041/2.1/208/264/329/388/450 (PC) [20H1/2 vb_release] In addition @SAM-R mentioned that build 19042 is not even final.
Only the 20H2 EP is still IP, all other updates are public, the same with 1903 > 1909 when it first was released. And now it won't even be that long till the 20H2 EP will be publically available too. The currently available 19042.450 ISOs are labelled IP, all others aren't. There are just 3 sticky build threads, the OPs are well maintained (says the fool himself), so all will be clear when they are read. ps, you might think that MDL is centrally controlled but it's just a bunch of members creating the threads and content voluntarily, at their own merit.

I have a question. I run 1909 and 2009 on VM and on both versions I have disabled Windows update services. I've noticed the settings header got updated. How?
it was already integrated in your system, now it got enabled by MS (this process is in no way related to Windows Update services, so they were not „updated“, as you said)
