    PCI X-Fi series are classified as 'End of Service Life'.
    Creative won't release further updates.

    Only the PCi Express models are still supported by now.

    My only hope is you, since i use your package for x-fi extreme music, and i am really surprised that you are member of this forum. Big thanks for you for all your works and i might ask are there any chance to have that drivers in your 'production'?

    after inplace upgrade, there is a "welcome to october update" message.

    so I doubt this is the final rtm

    I started the pc and the settings header is away now and auto expand start menu also.:confused:

    That's a webpage, so MS probably haven't updated it yet. Nothing to do with whether this is RTM or not, since they only have to update it at their end.

    18362.1 is not final, because 18362.2000 is compiled, i think 18363.1 wil be final RTM

    Interesting. That could actually be the first confirmation that this is RTM. The 18362.2000 is for XBOX I believe. They normally consolidate all the platforms onto the same build number (18362.xxxx) when they are happy with it.
