media creation tool use esd if im not wrong suggestion for the topic title [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18362.30 (PC) [Release Preview Ring - 19h1_release]
I still have an error running gpedit.msc on this build (18362.30). It says it can't find a resource file C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\WorkplaceJoin.admx (Error 2). Is there anyone experiencing same issue ? Or maybe Microsoft has changed something in its policy.
The arrival of the MCT is not the same as the official MVS/VLSC iso release, the releasing of the MCT means that the ESD files will soon be available.. The threadtitle is accutarate for the moment, 18362.1 will be the version that gets released and the .30 is by CU and it's now in SLOW, FAST and RELEASEPREVIEW rings.
thats what make this build enter Release Preview Ring its better to make clear ,so others users gonna install this cu
I get the same on 18362.1 (x64 Pro converted to x64 Enterprise) Edit: I fixed it by copying the folders containing the .adml's onto my enterprise copy (Pro didn't have the issue)
Look, this is how it works and did work for 100's of build threads, the title reflects the build(s) of the released base and that's 18362.1, as soon as msft releases a refresh iso, 18362.75 for example, the thread title will be changed to also include that.
I've often seen System Restore disabled on systems on Windows 10. It seems almost a random thing, other systems will have it enabled. These are mostly home machines, and in almost every case it definitely wouldn't have been the use who turned it off, as many home users don't even know it's there let alone know how to turn it off.
Hey I‘m new to this forum! If you go to uupdump website there is a feature update and there is a cumulative update for the same Version. What is the difference between Them? Thank you!
