I really believe 18362 is the RTM build. If so, as early as today (Friday, March 22nd), 18362 should be released to the Slow Ring, and we may get a small Cumulative patch.

if you are insider and want to be "safe" put your update on Release Preview. you'll get the RTM before the release date that way and I doubt MSFT cares what the number ultimately is they are just going to fix whatever bugs need fixing. Bill Gates is still "technology adviser" so they will want him to see it first too. what if he finds one little bug? he will do something like try to use phone dialer to place a voice call through a modem. what if that doesn't work properly?
