Nope, from the release date of the SSU, CU (18362.53) and the Flash update, the updates are publicly available, so to non insiders too.

Is it possible to make Education install.WIM/ESD from UUP? I noticed abbodi's convert script has feature to create virtualedition from iso, but is it possible to create it without converting to iso first?
The script creates the iso after it created education. A little guidance, change enterprise to education. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...ow-rp-19h1_release.79259/page-60#post-1516101
Is it just me or Night Light is broken in this build? Updated to 18362.53 and installed latest offered graphics drivers, but when I toggle "Night Light" nothing changes.
I've seen that .NET Framework 4.7.2 wasn't installed with this build for some reason after some programs crashed saying mscoree.dll was missing. Even PowerShell was fast closing upon launch. Tried installing via the .NET installer from Microsoft but later realized that it won't work for Windows versions that come with .NET baked into the base image. Didn't get an option to enable it in the Turn Windows Features option as well. After a lot of digging, I figured out that DISM reported that the feature wasn't enabled. I enabled it via DISM and now all .NET apps including PowerShell run just fine. Thought of posting it here in case someone encounters a similar problem.
