    Check the OP. ISO's are only available for Visual Studio subscribers. Use UUP files to make your ISO. You'll get the same result

    with the following registry key you can put the Windows version on the desktop in all versions of Windows:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
    "PaintDesktopVersion" = dword: 00000001
