    Available UUP release with integrated .53 CU DOES the job better than RTM will...
    Please be patient ! ;)

    I encountered the same problem, and worked around it by installing Open Shell (newer descendant of Classic Shell). No idea of what caused it, or how to fix it.

    Anyone else missing "Settings will now show your account details at the top of the home page" and "Friendly dates" features that this 1903 version should have?
    I have upgraded without problems, and don't have those two features.
