Seen a few confused comments about UUP vs RTM
The important part of the build is in the component details that get put into install.wim. UUP insider builds will have different setup files, but can possibly have very similar install index data. It's a bit different than the MSDN or VLSC files because they won't have all the same timestamps and be packed the same way into the install.wim, but it can be functionally identical in terms of file hashes and such. If you're worried about dates not having the same timestamps, just wait for the official release. From what we can tell this seems to be the build that would qualify as "RTM". RTM just means Release To Manufacturing. I.E. tested enough that they've decided it's stable enough to be final, of sorts. Obviously the earlier you adopt the thing, the harder you'll have a time finding any hardware drivers that may be required for compatibility. If you are concerned with that, just wait. It won't kill you, I promise.

Just in-place upgraded my Surface Laptop from production 17763 using 18362.1 ISO (auto generated using Adguard's UUP website), and everything went perfectly without any issue at all.
No Insider references anywhere, feedback and diagnostics remained at minimum, no hardware/device issues and the build seems already faster/smoother and super stable.

Seems a real RTM winner to me, and I expect it to appear in Release Preview ring along with leaked final ESD/ISOs by the end of next week.
Just waiting for an official ISO for a clean install now.

Better to wait for full ESD file. It before iso.

    Why?
Wouldn't an already officially complied ISO be even better? (no manual conversion to do in between, and just copying the ISO contents into a bootable USB stick ready for a clean install?)

Ideally, it would. For those that want it earlier, the ESD is an option people take too ( :

I prefer ESD. I make ISO from it only once.

It's too much features to know them for one year.

If it were up to me I'd give back complete control to normal consumers with normal retail/OEM licenses (non-Enterprise/domain-connected) of Windows 10 Professional. Don't want WU or driver updates? Fine.

The current semi-annual channel model is not too bad, but I'd also slow down on the introducing new features and annoyances especially when including it on a build or two just before they're going to release that build as 'RTM', and in the first place were not tested properly because they do the A/B model where the people who really care about testing the new features couldn't get them because they are activated by some lottery system. You literally have to stay connected to the internet for days and hope MS will activate these features for you

I'd prioritize security fixes (including closing Kernel/API hacks that even legitimate programs use and tell those developers to eff off because they were doing something they shouldn't have in the first place), support for next-gen hardware but not alienating and blocking users of any single piece of hardware that is a few months old because they decided to overhaul the driver model every second, and stabilizing/fixing features no matter how mundane they are before introducing new ones.

Has any one problems with "Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.18362.1(19H1_RELEASE) amd64 2019-03 " on de slow ring?

I got this from "What needs your attention" :
This PC can't be upgrade to Windows 10.
Although you are enrolled in the Windows Insider Program this device isn't yes eligible for this build.

    I use a AMD Ryzen 1800X processor.

Do you use AMD raid? I have AMD raid enabled on my X370 board, and the drivers for it don't yet work, windows will boot loop if you try and install on a system with AMD raid.

With this test, i installed 18356.1 and let WU upgrade to 18362.1 in the slow ring, next i used 18362.1 iso to upgrade from 18356.1 and this worked too.

As it says in the image, some games that use the anti-cheat software, these days I don't have much time to play so I am not very aware of that, I don't know exactly which games are affected.
