Did you read the thread title or the header of the OP? Windows 10 1903 (most likely to become FINAL) Build 18362.1 (PC) [19H1]
en_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1903_x64_dvd_b980e68c en_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1903_x86_dvd_b40c5211 I still don't understand. Is it still the test version? But available on msdn adguard site
yes, correct, MS moved from the RS (Redstone) codename to this XXHX format. From now on, Windows release will continue as 19H1, 19H2, 20H1, 20H2 etc & so on for a better understanding of the release timeline (H=Half yearly=twice in a year / 12 months tenure)
MSDN/MVS ISO are official release from MS for the dev, these ain't meant for GA (General Availability) thus Windows 10 1903 AKA May 2019 update will be available to the public broadly from the month MAY 2019, though anyone can use these ISOs for deployment, MS probably re-release this v1903 ISO once again in late May/ June with latest Cumulative Update when it'll be ready & available for public/broader release.
I tried to upgrade my brother's computer from 1809 to 1903/1904 and it won't let me do to his computer having a Creative X-Fi HD Titanium Sound Card. We decided to remove the sound card, uninstall all the software, the drivers, removed all traces within the Windows Registry but the damn upgrade still won't let us upgrade. Is there anyway you can force the upgrade?
