FYI: SVF2ISO is back with MVS Consumer and Business 1903 (18362.30) and the elder Techbench option (no 1903 atm).

Thanks for helping. Bad news, my Asus z170-k motherboard doesn't have nor can I see it, any virtulisation option or setting for svm. I can always use comodo firewall sandbox. Bios is updated to latest version.

exactly, for me it worked in version 18875.1000 .. but in this, not at all .. so I think that this version to be final is still missing something. Worst is not knowing if there is any method that will work, some kind of update .. for now I will not install until this problem is bypassed!

your theory is correct! I downloaded the English version of windows 18362.30 and windows to go worked !. The sandbox actually works quietly in the English version, so it's a bug about something in the languages. However I still did a second test that was to install the Brazilian Portuguese language package already with windows started and the sandbox continued to work perfectly. The translation inside the sandbox was not performed, only on the same operating system. Thank you for giving me a light on this issue, I no longer knew what to imagine !!

shadow of the tomb raider runs very stuttery with this one for me.
Haven't tested anything else yet but it does not look very promising to me
