maybe this drivers is beta thats why so many issues and they testing the new wddm thats why they sharing early those drivers.
If you don't play any game with battleye anti cheat aka rainbow six or pubg go for it update..if yes dont upgrade becouse there is still issue
that Advertising.Xaml has many other primary dependencies & most of those are core elements which can't be removed and even though anyone manages to disable or remove those then it will break several things so better leave that as it is. I removed many preinstalled apps through NTLite, you can try that too
SOTTR is releasing it's 7th DLC today, I'll play that tonight & test the newly released Nvidia driver v.35 with this for the first time on v1903. EDIT: ACOdessy 2nd story ARC DLC is releasing too today, so will play that too. Gaming on v1903 will be tested today. Everything is good so far from my side.

You can export the install.wim to an install.esd, but fat32 only requires the largest file to be under 4gb. If the install.wim is under 4gb, it should fit just fine.
It really bug me when I see the warning and error in event viewer. Cant they suppress those service which rely on feature that have been disable instead of showing the warning or error... E.g like the hello thingy...
9900K and RTX 2080. It runs perfectly fine on 430.25 for whatever reason while other games were like unplayable on that version

That they already did with 1903, remember 18362.1 going down thru the rings, all the way to retail release ring? The 1903 MVS iso already is 18362.1 + SSU/CU.
Better to do is to download UUP files instead ISO if people here don't sure about that. It's the same. The full ESD is month from now.
