[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Build 10074

MS listed it as one of the bugs in build 10061.

Stable although i can confirm the player bug but i rarely use it anyway.

 

Most of the builds for me had zero problems except known bugs. But than again I always do a clean install for every build.

 

I am downloading it now. I like the video walk-through produced by Winbeta.

 

IPV4 and IPV6 Properties work in this build.

 

clean install is the best way to go....but u should be able to upgrade with out issues...does not always work that way

 

I have a question does anyone have a Project Spartan Icon that I can put on the desktop. when I slide project Spartan the desktop the icon has a transparent background and I like the blue background like it is in the apps list. thx

 

Best build yet. This version is a lot faster to me and less buggy.

The start menu doesn't crash anymore.
Small taskbar buttons are fixed.
Search box is can be truly disabled.

 

No more search field in the Start menu if the taskbar is vertical. Probably temporary again, like a few builds ago.

 

I like the WiFi network icon design in your image.

IS the quick minimize of the task bar on the bottom gone in this build when closing the start menu which 10049/10061 had?

There is already an update for the new build.
Update for Windows Technical Preview for x64-based systems (KB3061161)

 

give it more time....im sure im not the only person having the missing folder issue in all apps.

 

But this is the Insider Preview. I wouldn't jump on that update until the article is out.

Possibly Windows 10.0.1.0? Or 10.0.10074.1 at the very least.
