    Same here and my Onedrive is duplicated as well.

    I've the same lap, the hole works perfectly.
    Try to re-install windows on clean partition.

    So after I installed Windows 10 10074 (clean install), and I can't see anywhere that let me change the desktop wallpaper? It used to be in the Personalization in Control Panel. But it's not there anymore, what's going on?

    You can do that from the 'All Settings' move to 'Personalization' and click 'Theme'. If the background doesn't do what you want.

    If your touchpad is a Synaptics OEM, the latest Synaptics driver that MS is pushing is the likely culprit. It's even giving blue screen watchdog errors for many folks. If you can get into safe mode, uninstall the driver and reboot and install a previous working driver.

    Try a clean install from the official 10074 ISO, that doesn't require a product key.

    Seems they updated the music app so it plays when minimized now.
