Thank you for confirming. This issue for me was happening when viewing full screen video through HDMI to the TV. EDIT: Unfortunately I can confirm that this update has thoroughly killed my Start menu. It literally does not work anymore. It works briefly after each restart, but dies after a minute or so.
KB3062095 during the update completely froze my machine at the 50% installing mark. I had to use the power button to get the machine back in working status. Now, the update won't take and it just says "Something went wrong, yadda yadda, sorry sorry, please forgive me" or something along those lines. lol all kidding aside I can't get it installed now. Any ideas?
Yea, but I should at least be able to create an account Even signing in with my outlook account, connected to the net, it signs in, then immediately takes me to the local account creation screen, where it fails again So I can't even get past the account creation screens at all Reinstalling 8.1 lol
In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the Enter key after each command: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth the run windows update again
I've installed 10071 onto two computers with local accounts without problem (no idea how it reacts when connected to the internet; but I simply disconnect the internet before initial setup).
okay, my good collegues betatesters for m$, now give me one good reason to install something that stores your own office files in the cloud, for all the world to see.. i wonder how m$ talked you into even trying..
Apparently there was a new Synaptic Touchpad driver released recently (recently being sometime this hour I think; wasn't offered on my laptop earlier).
Well the way I see it, it does not matter which OS we choose, I have several computers and a router, The router is mainly for the hardware firewall, I have Malwarebytes Pro, I try and protect as much as I can without going crazy, I use Windows Defender for virus protection, have for years, no problems, All that other Virus mess is just a scam. We cannot be worried about things we have no control over, Microshaft and the NSA, they know everything, how many times you pop the cork with whoever, all your credit info, all we can hope for is they never use any of it.
my internet connection blocked UDP connection and i cant update x64-based system KB3062095 - Error 0x80200010 can i download this hotfix offline ? thx

I haven't looked at the latest server but svr 2012 r2 had multiple indexes you could install. Std, which installed & gave you command prompt & Std with GUI. I suggest there's another index you can install with GUI...
Nice, i hope that Microsoft is going to publish new builds more often. I don't mind to upgrade my windows installation everyday
