Dead Space. I was playing it at downsampled 4k. Same with Serious Sam 3, but at native resolution. I'll try Win8 drivers. EDIT: Yep, it was Win10 drivers.
Is this a program? Edit: It seems to be fixed by setting BorderWidth and PaddedBorderWidth in the registry to 0. So another problem; my Start Menu doesn't seem to work at all on my desktop (clicking it doesn't show anything); but it works fine on my laptop. Same 10071 build. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong?
Well, all of the previous few days of troubleshooting--including a refresh reinstall of 10074--was for naught! All my problems with the Catalysts are gone, but not because of anything I did. If you haven't already installed this you will want to do so immediately: Update for Windows 10 Insider Preview for x64-based Systems (KB3062095) This came through for me yesterday courtesy of WU. Fixed everything!
If Windows (oops) is RTM in July, that means, GA release will be OOPs sorry your OS is oops. worthless, No way will this CRAP be Ready... you can clean install faster and fix more things than trying all the hoops to fix tha MS offers, and Refresh or Restore is well (do a clean install in 8 m) then reinstall all your prograams NOT (apps) I hate that term honestly it is FASTER...

Everyone is so angry, lighten up guys. People s**tting on the ui, just remember ms usually changes ui at rtm, kinda like a surprise. So I suspect glaring issues will be fixed (mismatched icons, weird border issues, etc)

why cant i install any of the updates for 10074, but i am on build 10074 i already have some updates installed they are: KB3038314, KB3061161, KB3061162, KB3061163, and KB3061185
