    Pretty much guarantee your using the wrong localization for your keyboard. EN-GB is " or £ for shift + 2/3 respectively.

    Build 10114 is a partners build, impressive build is already at 10116 hopefully within this week coming up it gets released to OSG ring (fast)

    Settings -> Time and Language -> Region and Language.

    If no EN-US listed, add language and go through the process.

    If it is listed, Click on it, then options. Then you will have keyboard options available.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER not KEY_LOCAL_USER. So MrMagic is correct.

    There is no HKEY_LOCAL_USER so it has to be HKEY_CURRENT_USER

    I didn't like that dark theme, looks like an incomplete theme, I'm staying with the whitish one for now :D
