the problem is, its an automatic update, even i disable it and enable only when there is important update, the driver will be download same with the important update
Yeah I feel your pain but unfortunately no way around that yet until MS gives us more control over WU to pick and choose what and what not to install.
puh, you might be right, turns out it's gonna be for phone instead. So we have a better chance to get a higher build for PC ...lol
I don't know if I am the only person experiencing this. There is no day that passes by without receiving Windows Defender update for the past one week or thereabout.
I wonder if I can make a wget script or something similar that goes through the ESD list and testing possible URLs one-by-one, appending the SHA automatically.
The only builds you can download are the ones they actually release to insiders so there is no point in doing so.
I tried the TDR delay fix before I posted earlier, and all it does for me is add a delay where my screen is frozen, but my mouse still works...right before the BSOD. The BSODs point to memory related issues, but the RAM is super stable. Glad it is working for you! At least its not complete garbage across the board. Gives me hopes that my issues will get worked out. X99+SLI 980s here. I am currently on 347.88 with no issues, both of the 10 specific drivers have caused a plethora of various issues that disguise themselves as non GPU specific.
Then navigate to I forgot sorry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ GraphicsDrivers\DCI] and Create a Value called "Timeout"=dword:00000060 LG Soliver84
