That is a good question. Microsoft released this 'build' before the announcement of the name. You've already had Project Spartan installed on your system before it's called Microsoft Edge. Possibly, we might start seeing the name, Microsoft Edge, in subsequent Insider Preview(s).
wzor is full of sh!t, hasn't he atleast published screenshots of 6 different builds this month that he choose not to release?
As wzor is Russian, his say has to be taken with caution! And regarding his screen shot's, that's maybe the only he has from those builds and NOT any full system of those builds.
