So the bottom line is we don't know. To me something smells, 2 months away from RTM and do not know prices, how to activate, they have made a whole new OS and some very basic questions are, we don't know?
I'm sure that even they don't know exactly. And just my opinion, It's not a whole new OS, it's just 8.1 revamped. The ship is headed for a iceberg and the captain can't see it coming. Everyone who asks me what I think about Windows 10 so far I tell them that I'm glad that I don't use Windows as my main OS, and I suggest to them that they should find something else.
I'm going to hold back judgment until RTM and hopefully activation, but no way right now would I use it as main OS. I thought I was done robbing banks, but maybe MS will put me back in my old job to pay for this. lol
As you see, I replied on that as "Ryderjj89." I have nVidia so wont affect me and releasing this will let AMD people test so they can hotfix it.
Are you using that recent "WHQL" Win10 driver? Or as some people in the Nforce forums refer to it, the recent beta driver. It's causing a couple problems.
I had to go back to 8.1 on my laptop with this build because when I upgraded to the new graphics card driver it caused a lag in Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty! Hope the new build will be lag free.
