Have you tried any of the MEGA links, do you know how it works. First make sure it says en-us if you want English , click on link, on next page click on download to this PC, and then wait, when download completes it will ask you where to save it, do that then your done.
i tried the administrator powershell cmd but the weather app doesn't seem to show up,even though it's installed.
Did you do it right, has to be Admin cmd prompt: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth you have to wait with DISM until it completes
just received AMD driver update today, driver version 15.200.1023.3 and now my start menu, now and then is completely transparent with only a few tiles showing, click again and it's normal, very erratic after that update, have rebooted as well.

Today just isin't your day is it, with the AMD driver, weather tile, is their a Service for the weather that needs to be started, just guessing
if i click the tile it opens and i see my weather, but the tile itself doesn't show anything on it including the animation.
This has not worked for me on any build so far, but dism from local image will. And sfc scannow has only worked sporadically, and usually only after I dism from image. This build it is borked for me again, maybe because I used update instead of fresh install. Went ahead and looked at my SFC log... the only error relates to a java package for cortana?
