sorry it was received through windows update, but i'm thinking of trying to roll back because after the update my start menu bugged out,i think it seems to be related, too much of a coincidence.i rolledback to 14.5 and my start menu is more stable, not blank anymore with missing tiles.
I would try to rename it install.esd and place it in the sources folder of another x64 win10 iso and give it a run. otherwise I wouldn't bother lol but there is a decryption tool I think, to convert the ESD to WIM. I'm not sure if it works with this build or not either.
THANX FOR REPLAYING BUT tHAT'S AWESOME , PLEASE MAKE SURE I CAN REBUILD THIS , I WILL TRY WHEN DOWNLOADING COMPLETED THANX AGAIN
Yes, but I want to end up having the Alarms and Calculator apps, just with the right names. The goal isn't to remove them forever.
ARE U DOWNLOADED ESD FILE AND EXTRACT IT WITH "esd decryption tool" I TRY IT AFTER COMPLETE DOWNLOADING , THANX
EFA11, The encrypted ESD has 4 images, which differs to the esd that has only one Windows image (install.wim/esd - the 4th image of the encrypted ESD) in a ISO. So it must always be handled with decryption tool before it can be used. Or we can simply decrypt the ESD to 1. Mount the 1st image to get pid.txt for the Key. 2. Export the 4th image to an install.wim/esd for the ISO, or apply it directly to a partition/VHD for a quick installation. Cheers
No. no need to use Nlite. Simply use Method 2 of 2 mentioned in that article. It is the esd-decryptor in the OP exactly by Qad & Abbodi1406 from MDL .
