Weird thing with this build and also with the previous one (10074) are the command prompt pop-ups on startup (split second pop-ups). Nothing like that on older builds...
i get that as well, have amd gpu, it seems ccc keeps installing on boot, because if i right click desktop you can see ccc is not in the menu until after the cmd pop-ups.
it seems you're right, and not only that, but after i access ccc, i get screen tearing while doing whatever (scroling web pages, opening a new app, clicking on start button), only fix for this is reboot until you need to access ccc. i have to edit this post: damn this build is sooooo buggy
i uninstalled ccc in control panel then i went to the AMD folder in C and installed CCC as administrator and now it doesn't happen.
(in the 3rd photo I also encountered an error "the device attached is not functioning") why is still my internet mobile broadband usb modem is not working in this build, the last time I encountered this problem is when i'm at 10049 build.. still they not fix this??? can anyone help???
Since I upgraded to 10122 there's a process UnistackSVCGroup that chews up my cpu all the time, using about 30%. Since I'm on a laptop this is a big deal since it relies on underclocking an idle cpu to maintain battery life, but it can't. Battery life goes about a percent a minute. Not sure if it's just me or if other people get the same issue.
10122 seems to be the most stable build for me so far. Only gripe I have is for some reason one of my hard drives wants to go to sleep even though hard drive sleep is set to never in power options and it's set to high performance. Any ideas?
It's the hard drive your not on, right I'm on Win 8.1 right now, but go back to power options, not when to sleep or whatever but somewhere in there is option for how long to keep on hard drive you are not on, you just don't want it to spin forever. It will give you choice of how long to let it spin after you use it for something
If it's like Win 8.1 go to power options, click on Change when computer sleeps, then click on change advanced power settings, be careful, have fun Someone on Win 10, is it there?
Not how much you can think, there is some problems and bug that still need to be fixed, for some reason it's impossible to close cortana when switch to tablet mode, and also...start menĂ¹ presents various lags and delays during scaling and before of opening. Microsoft must work at least one month on bugfixing before sign-off rtm.
I just wanted to put this out there, xinso, you are such a phenomenal help here in the MDL community, always giving your time to assist others. I've got a significant amount of respect for you and the community as a whole. Thank You!
