It doesn't matter if Biometrics work yet or not, you can set a Pin right now but none of Microsoft's services or Apps let you login with a Pin so for now you can only logon to the PC with the Pin and nothing else but if you read the two pictures i posted it clearly says Windows, Apps and Services which is identical to the Hello/Passport feature. I only stated a feature that may be coming that they have not revelead, which is Windows Hello/Passport without Biometrics, they have always talked and blogged about Face, Fingerprint and Iris but not just Pin.
Did you upgrade from windows update Well if you upgraded From Windows Update, that's probably the problem, You really needed to burn ISO to disk.
i have just installed the latest build 10122 from the iso do you mean that i must install other updates

More AMD Catalyst Weirdness in 10122... Just a quick followup to my last post about the Catalysts...Good news and bad news. Bad News: although I thought it was gone with this latest driver revision, I noticed that suddenly my CCC was inexplicably crashing again right after system boot, and I looked for the misbehaving "CCC2" CCC install folder that AMD (and/or Microsoft) slipped into the situation during 10074 activity inside the C:\AMD directory. I thought it was gone, but the frequent CCC crashes suddenly appearing again prompted a more thorough look-see, and sure enough--It's back. This time in a different hiding place. Good News: The new location is C:\Program Files in a folder named CCC2 (Of course.) The good news is that you can disable it (for an indeterminate period of time) by simply renaming the CCC2 folder to something other than "CCC2"... (I just put a .bak on mine and it works fine.) After that, install your favorite *reliable* Catalysts and you should be fine. Has been working for me for several hours, now, with no rewriting from Windows Update--so far. (Not a crash since I took these steps.) 15.4.1 betas: Driver 14.502.1014-150331a1-182335E CCC 2015.0331.1624.27668 Go figure...
To login to Microsoft account, their is service in Services, Microsoft account sign in, might need to start it, who knows
I think all language packs are available. I am wondering why they released that late. Maybe as Gabe said they were not planning to release this build. He asked through Twitter to release and everybody voted as a matter of course. That's why they released language packs so late. I remember sometimes even WZor leaks a build, language pack comes before the build.
