The Store Beta, Photo and now Skype App (after some relaunches) has the same problem here.

If you launch the from taskbar, everything is good. Pin to taskbar, launch. App will be small. Resize. Close. Launch again. App will be how you left it.

 

Unfortunately that did not work for me.

Got this installed at like 5 AM. Installed pretty smoothly without any issues. Im loving these builds. Its shaping up so nicely.

I noticed they fixed the issue with the start menu tiles that were blurred. Overall this build seems faster and more stable.

Yes that is 3 monitors on my system, two are 20 inch and the center one is 24 inch. Running the latest build of Windows 10 on a Intel i7-5960x 8 core with 20MB Cache, 16Gigs Ram and 7TB worth of hard drive storage. Talk about fast.
