The Store Beta, Photo and now Skype App (after some relaunches) has the same problem here.

If you launch the from taskbar, everything is good. Pin to taskbar, launch. App will be small. Resize. Close. Launch again. App will be how you left it.

 

Unfortunately that did not work for me.

 

Please can provide the language pack pt br the build 10122 x64

Got this installed at like 5 AM. Installed pretty smoothly without any issues. Im loving these builds. Its shaping up so nicely.
