    I ran 10125 (clean install) for 5 days never saw it, been on 10130 (clean install) since it came out and havent seen it yet.

    FYI: I dont use the Start Menu, I use Start10, I use a Local Account (i dont sign in to MS), Power Profile: High Performance, PageFile: Min/Max=1024, Hibernate: Disabled, Automatic Updates: Disabled, NVIDIA Driver 352.84

    I did a search on the internet and from what I could see this is a problem with this build.

    1036 testing it broke the start menu learn from this guys 15.5 proved to be the more stable driver

    Seems like this is the offending application thats causing it:

    Activation of app Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy!CortanaUI failed with error: The app didn't start. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information.

    Thats the only error I see in Event Viewer-Windows Logs-Application?

    The Google notifications is not loading in mine due to compatibility issue.

    seems new amd driver is downloading now i hope it fixes some of the issues with the start menu 1036 is buggy and should not be used ever

    In control panel, power options, click on what power buttons do, then at top click on change settings that are currently available, turn OFF fast startup, reboot

    If that works, is not a very smart solution. I prefer to have the previous error.

    I have a 7 seconds difference in startup, so I it's faster to click OK on the error (if it eventually shows up).

    Might be 7 seconds on yours, but I have fast PC, still no difference for me but up to whoever, lol

    my boot time is 4 seconds at most my shut down time is 10 seconds SSD's rock
