Well that's stupid. I had no issues with the Intel display drivers that I received through WU. Is there a setting that can be used to get them through WU? Whatever, yet another reason why I wont be using Windows 10 once it's RTM. It seems like MSs philosophy is to go one step forward and 10 back.
well u can go to intel.com and download Intel Driver Update Utility Installer and it should u give u the proper drivers.
Thank god! At last! A BIG thank you from this guy in UK wanting x64 Pro version. You made my day. Honestly.
u are aware that all the links posted now are in french....unless u speak the language their all useless
The utility by default run as admin, there is update, yes, successfully download but failed to install. But i may found something that will fix this, in Device Installation Setting, I tick No let me choose what to do and untick Automatically let the device app and apply. Boom! windows update found Intel Graphic Driver, but still downloading. not sure will install.
Yup! that do the trick. Got the Intel Graphic update through Windows Update and successfully install. in Device Installation Setting, > No let me choose what to do and untick Automatically let the device app and apply.
Yes I am aware of that fact, which is why, after installation, I am communicating directly with the French government, who are guiding me through it nicely.
I did this and then read your post. Trying update now. *Edit Apparently they only don't want to install video drivers. Every other hardware driver was updated through WU except Intel video.
sorry to hear that . one less issue for me. The only problem left is Conexant Smart Audio HD. driver install just fine, but no sound at all.
Didn't work for me. I also tried downloading the drivers from Dell and no-go there as well. I'm done with this build, and probably Windows 10 all together.
