There's likely a build 10150, but I doubt the legit one was ever upped to baidu. It's really easy to change a file name. We see these renamed isos a lot when people are looking for leaks.

looks like there is no final "FINAL" except a preliminary RTM as usual MS just works ahead into the future making windows "better and better" ... lol
But you must be on a preview build and not an enterprise build and that may involve a downgrade or at least a clean install.
So my understanding is that I can install a home or pro (official) insider preview of the OS on my PC and my PC will keep its activation status when it gets upgraded to the RTM build via WU? I won't have to perform an upgrade installation over my current 8.1 to 10 insider preview and the only condition is that my MS account has to be linked? Have they made any clarification about license portability? I intend to assemble a new PC next year and was wondering what would become of my license.
If there are any non-Enterprise Insiders left using local logins, there won't be for long due to the new clause mentioned repeatedly in the latest blog post.
This is what he says and I suppose it's open to interpretation but to me it says you can't move it to another PC. " Once you have successfully installed this build and activated, you will also be able to clean install on that PC from final media if you want to start over fresh."
