Is 10151 not a legit unaltered build but in Chinese?
Just need some instructions or small app for changing to US rather than asking for a Homebrewed link.

It's legit, but it's pointless as 99% of the people here can't speak Chinese and so we'll only get people asking for homebrew versions that have been converted to English.

Collectors will download the ISO from source websites, but everyone else should just be a little patient as a newer official English version will show up soon.

 

MDL not build its viewer base on Windows/Beta Realeses? So why come down hard on a Legit build?

 

Iam never download leak build's because when i download any build's day after tomorrow new build's leak's iam wait july 29th after download ms iso's

 

English builds. This isn't an English build and we've known about 10154 for a while now. Sources are saying that a newer English build will leak soon too, so no reason to deal with Chinese releases.
