Seeing its only a month away for Public release i doubt MS will release another Preview because RTM would only be 2 weeks away from partners.

 

If people want is builds, why not?

Yes, showing the personalization page works, that's clear. What I meant was: Can you actually change the color of the title bars using it?

 

Yes it changed the title bar color for me.

 

Shortcut works, but it does not change title bar color for me in 10147.

 

I forgot to say you got to patch windows theme files and install a windows 10 3rd party theme
