The thing is very clear now - the official releases - 10130 and later will allow you to get legit RTM, because probably on fast ring the update will be available. Regarding leaked builds they cannot say, because they do not support them.
Are you able to read carefully or not? As long as you are on OFFICIAL builds from Insider Program you will get RTM, because after 10130 there will be another pre-RTM (one or more) and after this you will get RTM - also as a normal Insider update. When you upgrade via Windows Update, the RTM will be linked to your MS account and you will be able to do clean install, because after instalation and logging into MSA, they will see that you were previously registered and activated with Insider RTM build. Is it so difficult?
I never understood the VLC zealots. MPC is there since more than a decade. VLC is just a plan B useful to deal with ruined files or badly transcoded ones.
Isn't it obvious? If you are now on 10130 you will get next official Insider build as an update and if you just follow official Insider updates you will be automatically qualified to have RTM build. So easy.
Once you are Insider and you follow official Microsoft Insider updates your MS Account will be linked to official RTM version. And If you do the update from pre-RTM to RTM once, they will register you on their systems and you will be able to do a clean install from ISO after that, before when you login with your MS Account they will see that you previously activated RTM as Inisider. What's the problem?
I've been getting Pestered by those kind of notifications since I installed x86 and x64 copies of build 10130 Core in VM and using a Local account only. Then services like Microsoft Account background task host exe, and School or Work account background task host exe keep eating 60-80 % plus CPU usage making the OS laggy when I'm trying to do other things
Really? They said that Insiders will be able to get free RTM even without having legit 7/8/8.1 as long as they are in the Insider Program. They even marked, that after RTM is released you can switch as an Insider to stable channel and opt-out from beta builds. Where do you see changes?
In this case qualify means that you will get free update to RTM. They use the same word - if you have legit 7/8/8.1 copy you will be qualified to get RTM for free. In this case qualified means that you can get free RTM but you need to decide - you fulfill the requirements but the process is not automatic, you need to agree to this - just install the build, they won't do it for you. You don;t need to install RTM - it's up to you. That's why you are qualified - you can get RTM, but it's your decision. Why you are making it so complicated?
The bug that was being talked about in a comment you responded to, without bothering to actually find out what you were responding to. Which is that the Administrator in Windows 10 cannot do certain things, which regular idiot users can. Whether on MS accounts or local. It has nothing to do with those things. It is a bug that exists under Administrator only.
But what is not clear for you? You make everything so complicated and unclear, looking for some hidden meaning - what if they change their mind, what if this, what if that... For now everything is clear. What is the point to complicate it?
