yes but maintain the activated windows 10 from insider you must have a permanent MSA account if someone wants a local account must upgrade from win 7/8 that's the catch of free insider licence "This change is for the Windows Insider Program ONLY, and is specific to how we’re delivering the Insider Preview builds. Once available on July 29th, you do not need an MSA to upgrade Windows 10 on your Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 PCs if they are not receiving Insider Preview builds. Like he said start Services from Control Panel-Administrative tools or options-SERVICES, then start wlan autoconfig
they've already said,if you want you can disconnect your msa and you can sign in with a local account
yeah like the previous times ...I asked more for a friend..its too bad for microsoft don't give that langauge in langpack or in Windows 10 ....800 Million people Wasted..:/
