My laptop had this problem too with this build, so I ran services.msc to fix it.

10147 not as good 10130

 

It must be better, it is a bigger number! Plus, it runs smooth-as-silk on my machine.

 

Have they been working on 10130 since it first came out

Could be they been working on it as it's been on insider page for a long time

 

I have installed 10147 on my netbook, that's really fast o stable, best version of win10 to now

 

THE RAIN, do you have 10130 running on anything?
