I believe but have not tried it myself yet that if you change the build numbers here you will be able to reinstall on top of what you have and not lose any settings. This used to be the way to do it in the old days. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion But I probably wouldn't try it on anything too important.
trying something XINSO helped me out with right now....so far so good....he was extremely nice and very helpful thanks for that XINSO
not sure if I'm allowed....because it involves making your own custom iso.....your basically taking the install wim from 10130 and putting it in 10147 along with a pid.txt file but if it's allowed and works...i'll let him share it as he made the guide for me
pffft..at this point I'm more interested in the new jailbreak then waiting any longer for the next build of windows 10.
If you don't keep windows settings then what is the point or does it keep them anyway even if you say not to?
you have to choose to only keep personal files or it won't work mine didn't now im trying it this way as requested by XINSO so well see....i think if you were to keep windows settings then it doesn't actually dowgrade the files necessary
I had 147 installed on three machines and yesterday I deleted all three, installed a clean copy of 130 under VM, opted out of the insiders program with my main MSA and rejoined with a different one and now I'm waiting for something, anything, exciting to happen.
