10147 seems fine on my test computer, but hate hate hate the crappy control panel, the god mode trick still apply and works if you show "the view" in detail mode

Okay, sure lets just say its not divisible by 16 but there is however a final RTM Date. Both FBL, and th2 builds are only at 10155 id say about another 45 builds till RTM sign off sounds pretty accurate, if you've used 10147 its feeling pretty complete. Unless Microsoft can pull 245 builds out of their bumhole in 2/3 weeks time than ill believe that statement, and as gabe stated in one of his tweets the next couple weeks before RTM is all about polish and bug squashing.
