I like to say that the upgrading method works with activation.
I used VirtualBox for testing this and cannot verify if it will work on real hardware.
what I did was install build 10134 pro insider which still auto activates after install.
I ran setup from 10147 build ISO to do the upgrade (make sure pid.txt or ie.cfg is not included in ISO)
The setup did not ask me for a key during the whole upgrade process and once the it finally finished I had an activated 10147 build installed.
I did not need to enter any key or use MStoolkit or KmsPico to get it activated.

It's a render bug but it may also be just a incomplete code for transparent tiles, eitherway it's glitched in this build.

 

As of now, Anyone using this leaked build as their main OS?

 

I am. It's running smooth on my MSI GE60.

I just upgraded from 10130 to 10147 without problems. No need for new key or anything and its already activated.

It depends on the GPU. My DxDiag also shows "DirectX version: 9Ex" because my GPU is an old G33 intel chipset.
