No Romanian 10147. There must be difficulty waiting for you - Unless you do not need to keep Windows settings, personal files, and APPs. To upgrade with Windows settings, personal files, and APPs kept, the RTM ESD (via WU) or ISO must be of the same Edition and Language as that of the running System. Roll back to Romanian Windows 7/8.* and upgrade to RTM via WU or ISO? Well, I just check the boot languages, there is ro-RO. Maybe you can trick the System to upgrade English 10147 directly to Romanian RTM without language pack. I will keep an eye for you when RTM comes - if you come here for help, of course. If you go in Gwx X:\Windows\System32\GWX\DownloadSwap you will see more lang is avail .they have alot langs or that is only for notification???
Well, though I just succeeded in Cross-Language-Upgrading Windows 7 to 10130 via WU, I did not insatll that GWX. Thanks for the precious info. I will have a go and figure it out. And feedback to you, of course.

its 192 files .....but only 111 lang will be available ..the other 81 must be seconds langs something..
wermgr is constantly using up my upload speed, any ideas on how to disable it? Other than terminating it on Task Manager.
It is Windows Error Reporting. In the Run dialog, type services.msc, scroll down to Windows Error Reporting, double click the entry, and set to DISABLED. Click Ok, and close out all windows. Done!
I guess there will not be any nice boot animation since boot-up time is so short these days that it would be waisted effort to produce something which nobody hardly can see
if you have a SSD, but most of us, like 90%, we dont have any, more if they had disabled the fast boot feature
The boot times are HORRIBLY FAST these days. I remember when I could go to the toilet, and get a cup of coffee while the computer was booting. I am so depressed.
