Administrator account cannot access personalisation, display settings via right-click, or the new style "SETTINGS" at all. No, no REALLY. Because they are now stupid "apps", THE ADMINISTRATOR cannot change them via those methods while regular idiot users can. Surely a joke Microsoft?

Actually there seems to be no need for. The newly published Preview keys i linked to in previous post will activate online.

 

@wladw It is with the slmgr method. It still will not allow the admin account access to the new "Settings" at all, or personalisation/display settings via right click. While you CAN get into those via control panel, you cannot adjust the theme colours, transparency etc from there as you can in the new "Settings" as a non admin. Enable the admin account from gpedit.msc, log in and you can see for yourself. Pretty poor, really.

 

@Patrykvdmeulen use your M$ account to sign in, after that your windows will be activated

 

I think that does it as I did both an upgrade and a clean install on my VM and the upgrade did not ask for a key and it stayed activated and the clean install i used the new keys and it was activated. Both times I used my MS account when setting up

 

Can anyone confirm if Windows Hello is in this build? I cannot find it.
